Training and Development

Training programs and refresher courses are conducted on a regular basis for our call center staff in order for them to perform their current job efficiently and also to prepare them for the next position. Training programs are conducted both for new hires and the current employees. Our Call center training programs generally focuses on functional/job related skill development and soft skill development.
